A beautiful colonial manor facing the ocean and sugarcane fields, offering a unique charm of creole authenticity in a peaceful out of time atmosphere. Location:Near Trinité and La Caravelle peninsula - 5 minutes to the beaches. 25 minutes drive from the airport, 35 minutes from the capital Fort de France, 10 minutes to Tartane.
Hotel facilities:Excellent restaurant, lounges with antique furniture and a lovely dignified ambience, swimming pool, huge terrace with sea view, TV room with cinema screen, free Wi-Fi.

Special cancellation policy applies:
From 30 to 15 days = 50 %
From 14 to 8 days = 75 %
From 7 days to no-show = 100 %
Mandatory cleaning fee:
for cottages 40 euros, for Apartment Suites and Villa 90 euros, to be paid prior to departure on spot. Optional change of sheets, towels, tea towels: Cottages 17 euros, Apartment-Suites and Villas 45 euros.

Meals:
Breakfast: Only in high season, between the middle of December and the middle of April, every day.
Lunch: All year, every day, except Mondays.
Dinner: In high season, between the middle of December and middle of April, Tuesdays - Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays closed.
In low season only on Fridays and Saturdays.
Bookable only on spot!
Check-in and check-out:
Check-in from 16.00h (VISA/Mastercard and passport required), check-out until 11.00h. Surcharge for check-out after 11.30h - €50, after 16.00h - one additional night.

To be paid on spot at check-in:
The visitor's tax of € 1.20 / adult/night, as well as the cleaning fee, must be paid at check-in.

Airport transfer by private taxi: from 2 persons $ 44 / £ 36/person/direction, Singles: $ 86 / £ 70/direction. 
Ferry transfer by private taxi from 2 persons $ 59 / £ 47/person/direction, Singles: $ 116 / £ 94/direction
All Transfers must be booked with a mandatory handling fee of $ 13 / £ 11/person/stay
